Founded in January 1994 by Richard E. Jones, RLS, D. Jones Land Surveying & Mapping, Inc. has proudly served communities across Arizona for more than 30 years. From the start, our mission has been simple: deliver accurate, cost-effective land surveys with integrity, precision, and personal attention.
As a family-owned Arizona land surveying company, we’ve grown alongside Phoenix and surrounding areas, earning the trust of homeowners, contractors, developers, municipalities, and some of the Valley’s leading engineering firms and home builders. Richard’s son, Dustin, has been with the business for over 27 years and now helps lead the company, ensuring our tradition of quality service continues into the next generation.

Today, we combine decades of expertise with modern technology. Our services include ALTA/NSPS surveys, boundary and topographic surveys, lot splits, subdivision mapping, construction staking, floodplain certifications, easements, and as-built surveys. With the addition of FAA-certified drone pilots and advanced LiDAR aerial mapping, we continue to raise the standard for efficiency and accuracy in the field.
